GEN2 Mounts for Sol’Ex
Since November 2024, the new Sol’Ex GEN2 slits have required a dedicated mount to be used properly.
Until August 15, 2025 (temporary shop closure), this mount was available only as an option on Sol’Ex V2 and Sol’Ex Pro.
👉 Since reopening, the GEN2 mounts are now included by default with all new versions, ensuring full compatibility.
The GEN2 mount remains essential for owners of older models who wish to upgrade their instrument.
3D-printed in premium European PETG, it provides strength, stability and heat resistance, even during extended solar observation sessions.
⚠️ Please note: the GEN2 mount is required for new users, as it is not supplied by the optical provider.
