At f/2 wide-open aperture, the critical focus zone (CFZ) of the Samyang / Rokinon 135mm F2 ED UMC telephoto lens is razor-thin: manually twisting the rubberized barrel ring often causes frustrating overshoots. For grab-and-go astrophotographers or lightweight field setups that avoid bulky electronic focus motors and extra power cables, the Azur3dprint manual micro-focusing ring delivers smooth mechanical reduction and positive focus locking.

🔬 Dual Opposed Push-Screw Mechanics

⚙️ Ultra-Fine Push Tuning

The ring features a top drive tab that rides along the upper channel of your Azur3dprint Samyang cradle. Rotating one of the lateral M4 knurled thumb knobs pushes the tab with micrometric precision, allowing you to dial in pinpoint star profiles or minimum FWHM values.

🔒 Positive Mechanical Lock

Once critical focus is acquired, simply tighten down the opposing thumb knob on the other side. The tab is firmly clamped between both screws, locking down focus and eliminating any unwanted drift during meridian flips or telescope slews.

Carbon-Fiber PETG Build & Hardware Clearance
