📦 Shipping your parcel

  • ⏳ Delivery times displayed on product pages are for information only and cannot, on their own, justify a refund.
  • 📅 Orders are usually shipped within 7 days after payment, often sooner, except for made-to-order products or items requiring specific manufacturing (e.g. Sol’Ex, flat-field boxes, Samyang holders).
  • 🚨 During peak periods, additional delays may apply. In that case, a Pop-up message will appear on the shop.
  • 📮 Parcels are shipped via La Poste (Colissimo) with tracking, delivered with or without signature, either to your home or to a La Poste pickup point.

Please provide a valid phone number and email address to receive Colissimo notifications.

We cannot be held responsible if Colissimo fails to send these notifications — please contact them directly.

🌍 For international customers, La Poste automatically selects its local partners. We cannot change these, but deliveries have been running smoothly for over two years (including Japan, Mexico, Europe, and the US). Due to past issues with the South-East hub, we no longer offer alternative carriers.

  • 🔎 Tracking available via your account or Colissimo notifications.
  • 🎁 Preparation and packaging fees are free of charge.
  • 💶 Only shipping costs charged by La Poste (plus applicable taxes) will be applied. Costs depend on the total weight and/or parcel size, especially outside the Euro zone. 👉 We recommend combining your items into a single order to save on shipping fees.
⚠️ Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but we take special care with fragile items.
Boxes are the right size and items are well protected.
In case of damage caused by the carrier, please make an immediate claim with the courier.
Without this, no refund will be possible.

↩️ Returns

  • ✅ Returns are accepted within 7 days, provided items have not been used, modified, washed, or otherwise altered.
  • 📦 Items must be returned to Azur3DPrint in their original packaging.
  • ✉️ Returns are not accepted without our prior written consent, and will be subject to return shipping fees.
  • ⚠️ Any error (invalid email, wrong phone number, incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect a parcel at a pickup point, etc.) will result in reshipping costs being charged, or deducted from your refund.

We cannot be held responsible for any failure not attributable to us.
